This spring, at the turn of April and May, a new marina will start operating. It is part of the Yacht Park complex being built by Polski Holding Nieruchomości. It will have space for up to 120 units. Currently, the investor is also building the harbor master's office.
Progress at the Yacht Park construction site is visible at a glance - the skeletons of new buildings are already emerging at the Molo Rybackie in Gdynia. You can also see the new marina, which will surely delight sailing enthusiasts. The company carrying out the project is currently working on a construction which will house the harbor master's office.
- We have completed the works on the surface part, and we are now working on the harbor master's office. The marina will be equipped with functional facilities tailored to the needs of the most demanding sailors, - said Magdalena Kacprzak from Polski Holding Nieruchomości, the investor responsible for the construction of the Yacht Park and the marina.
Marina Yacht Park will be officially opened before the start of this year's sailing season. According to the investor, the first units may arrive there already at the turn of April and May.
- This is great news for fans of water sports and sailing enthusiasts, of whom there is no shortage in Gdynia and Pomerania, - said Marek Łucyk, Deputy Mayor of Gdynia for development. - 100 new spaces will appear in the very middle of the city. This is also important in the context of organizing large sailing events, which regularly take place here and require appropriate infrastructure. The maritime identity of our city is very important to us, so we are happy that we will have yet another place associated with sailing, without which it is impossible to imagine summer in Gdynia, - emphasizes Marek Łucyk.
